Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and weather.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to start updating.

 

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
